By accessing or using Bearable AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Bearable AI is an AI-powered personal Chief of Staff that connects your health data, calendar, and work context to help you make better decisions. The service includes AI advisor conversations, a daily brief, project tracking, and integrations with third-party services including Google Workspace.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Magic-link sign-in links are single-use and expire in 1 hour — treat them like passwords. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We may extend your trial at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose. • Attempt to access another user's data. • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API. • Upload content that infringes third-party rights. • Use the service to generate medical diagnoses or replace professional medical advice.
Bearable AI is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice. Health data displayed in the app is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
When you connect your Google account, you grant Bearable AI access to your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Tasks as described during the OAuth consent flow and in our Privacy Policy. Read access (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Tasks) is used to provide context for your daily brief and Chief of Staff conversations. Write access (Gmail Compose, Calendar Events, Drive File, Tasks) is used only when you explicitly request an action — such as drafting an email, scheduling a meeting, creating a document, or adding a task. Every write action is presented to you for review and approval before it is executed. We never send email, create events, or modify your data without your confirmation. You can revoke all Google access at any time from your Google account settings or from Settings → Integrations.
Bearable AI offers optional SMS messaging for health check-ins, behavioral nudges, and experiment tracking. By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive up to 5 automated messages per day from Bearable AI. Message frequency varies based on your settings and active experiments. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt in by providing your phone number and confirming consent in the application. Phone number verification via a one-time code is required before any messages are sent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS in your account settings. Reply HELP for support information. We will confirm your opt-out and no further messages will be sent. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS is processed by Twilio; see their privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your data belongs to you. You grant Bearable AI a limited license to process your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide. The Bearable AI platform, branding, and software are owned by Bearable AI, Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bearable AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
